Actions in Quicknotes

If you're used chat on IRC, Freedom Chat, Allinplay, and many others, you know that you can do actions. Now you can here too. The command is very similar. Type:
/me action
Where action is what you want your action to be.
Like /me thinks this feature is cool.
Other users will see
*Admin thinks this feature is cool.
With your name, of course.
Also took out the quicknote from line as it just adds clutter. Oh, and try the voice chat status link in the header.

I'm glad you've added this feature. I've always thought it was entertaining. And it makes it so much more amusing to read the quicknotes.
